4. Communication and transfer of data

The data will be processed by the following parties:

• Employees of Milano Dispensers S.p.A., who act as persons authorised to process data according to the duties performed and are adequately trained.
• External Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

The list of Data Processors is available at the registered office of the registered office of the Company.

For all the purposes indicated in this policy, the data may also be communicated abroad, within and outside the European Union, in compliance with the rights and guarantees provided for by the regulations in force, subject to verification that the country in question guarantees an "adequate" level of protection in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

5. Rights of the data subject 

Data subjects may at any time request:

7. For all matters not expressly stated in the provisions referred to herein, reference is made in full to the legislation in force on privacy, in particular Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the GDPR.

Furthermore, the data subject may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, pursuant to Art. 77 of the GDPR.
